Chris Roberts, PE: CSNW Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

As an electrical and control systems engineer with 20+ years of experience, Chris specializes in overseeing teams completing the design and implementation of electrical, control, and telemetry systems for municipal water and wastewater, industrial, manufacturing, and food and beverage facilities. From his decades of experience supporting a variety of systems, he can quickly solve challenges that arise during the full life cycle of a project.

Prior to working at CSNW, Chris served as the Principal Electrical Engineer for RH2 Engineering and managed the growth and development of RH2’s Electrical and Control Engineering group. As CSNW’s CEO, Chris has taken the success and lessons learned at RH2 and applied them to CSNW so clients experience the same level of professionalism, culture, and client-oriented relationship that they have experienced with RH2.

Chris enjoys working with clients to see projects through from start to completion. Chris actively supports and works side-by-side with other CSNW staff to see that projects are completed to the satisfaction of our clients.

Clayton Anderson, PE: CSNW Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Clayton joined RH2 in 2011, bringing with him several years of experience as an electrician and work at an instrumentation manufacturer. His hands-on knowledge from project sites has enabled him to devise practical solutions for complex problems and designs. Known for his intuition and resourcefulness, Clayton’s expertise in controls and instrumentation is in high demand. His projects are distinguished by their precision, thoroughness, and reliability. By prioritizing client satisfaction, he has developed strong, trust-based relationships.

Personally, Clayton is known for being quick-thinking, reliable, and easygoing. He has a knack for identifying core issues and developing unique solutions. With these traits, he earned the position to lead RH2’s Eastern Washington electrical and control group, where he expanded services in the water, wastewater, and irrigation industries. He also expanded into medium-voltage design projects, with a focus on integration and control. Clayton’s move to CSNW builds on his extensive experience in senior electrical and control project management, as well as his expertise in staff supervision and contract review developed at RH2.

Clayton earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University and is a Professional Engineer, licensed in both Washington and Idaho. Clayton is currently the COO of CSNW, responsible for policy, standards, and partnerships with CSNW.

Still youthful at heart, Clayton enjoys activities and adventures with his loving wife and three sons. He leads his family in service to others and building strong relationships between family and their many friends.
